I am a UX/UI Designer from Phoenix, Arizona, currently based in NYC! After graduating Arizona State University, I worked in the insurance industry for many years. From this experience working in a large company in a field that is always changing, I encountered UX Design.

My curiosity grew, when the UX team met with the claim handling team (which I was a part of) to conduct internal user research on the claims record keeping systems and procedures. Here I became the user, and saw first hand how the UX team conducted meaningful research and implemented those results into new systems and creative solutions to help our millions of customers around the world in their everyday lives as well as in their most dire circumstances.

I became more and more intrigued by the field of UX, knowing first hand from my thousands of interactions with customers, that there was more that could be done to improve peoples daily lives. I wanted to do more for the people that reached out to me in times of pain and frustration and It was at that moment I transitioned full force into UX.

Since then, I’ve been on a mission to help others by minimizing their confusion when navigating the digital landscape and how it can improve their lives through intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces and processes. Not only am I hear to build and develop great products, but I enjoy navigating complex digital landscapes by creating empathetic user experiences through innovation and artistry!
